You’ve come to the right place to refresh, replate, or repair your trophy.

If your jewelry shows a defect within six months of purchase, please contact us first at shop@theboyscouts.com. After reporting the issue, you can return the item, and we’ll repair it free of charge.

For plated jewelry, we’ll replate the item after the repair. Please note that replating may take 2–4 weeks. If you need additional information or care advice, feel free to reach out, we’re here to help.

If you’d like to adjust the size of your solid gold (or vintage) ring, please select the ‘solid gold’ option in our care service. Additional costs may apply, depending on the current gold price.
