My Order
Once you’ve placed an online order and the item is in stock, it takes:
- 1–3 business days within the Netherlands
- 3–7 business days outside the Netherlands
You’ll receive an order confirmation including your estimated delivery time.
As soon as your order is packed, you’ll get an email with shipping information. Once your parcel is collected by the shipping company, you’ll receive a track & trace code to follow your delivery.
Pick Up at Store
If you selected ‘Pick Up at Store’, you’ll receive an email once your order is ready.
Orders placed before 10:00 AM are typically ready for collection the same day.

Guarantee
If your trophy develops a defect within six months of purchase, please contact our customer service at shop@theboyscouts.com.
After reporting the issue, you can return the item, and we’ll repair it free of charge.

The Netherlands
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands on all online orders over €50. For orders under €50, a shipping fee of €4.95 applies.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
Belgium & Europe zone 1
Enjoy free shipping on orders of €150 or more. For orders under €150, a shipping fee of €10.95 applies.
Europe zone 2
Enjoy free shipping on orders of €150 or more. For orders under €150, a shipping fee of €15 applies.
Zwitserland & UK
Enjoy free shipping on orders of €200 or more. For orders under €200, a shipping fee of €20 applies.
Worldwide
For shipments outside Europe, a flat rate of €32 applies.
Free shipping for orders above €400.
Shipment Tracking
Within the Netherlands, we ship with DHL. You’ll receive a track & trace code once your order has been dispatched. For Europe and worldwide orders, tracking information will be provided via our international shipping partners, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.
Availability
There are several options when it comes to our product availability. Here’s what each term means:
In stock — This piece is available for immediate purchase.
Sold out — The product is no longer available.
Made to order — The requested piece is currently out of stock, but you can still place your order. We’ll start crafting your trophy as soon as we receive your order. Please allow up to six weeks for production and delivery.
Why are not all items always in stock?
All our jewelry is handmade and largely crafted on request, which means our stock is dynamic and ever-changing. We’re continuously working on replenishing our stock levels, so the piece that’s made to order today might be in stock tomorrow.
This may sometimes result in certain pieces being temporarily unavailable, and we apologize for the longer delivery time this may cause. The ‘made to order’ option ensures you can still purchase the design you love. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll begin production right away and keep you updated on the expected delivery date.
So really, it just means your trophy is being made with care, uniquely for you.
Returns And Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:
- Inform us by sending an email to shop@theboyscouts.com. Make sure you mention your #order number, name and reason for the return/exchange.

Please return items unused, undamaged, and in perfect condition within 5 days of notification. We recommend using track & trace.
For returns outside the EU, clearly mark the parcel as “RETURNED GOODS”.
Engraved or customized items (including resizing) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds
If you’ve returned your order according to our instructions, please allow up to 14 days after we receive your package for your return and refund to be processed. Refunds are issued using the same payment method as your original purchase. If it takes longer, feel free to contact us at shop@theboyscouts.com to check the status of your refund.
Please note: Damaged items will not be accepted and may be partially or fully excluded from refund.
Materials
14kt solid gold
We use recycled 14kt solid gold for its natural color and strength. Containing 58.5% pure gold, it balances purity and durability, ensuring your piece maintains its shape and beauty for years to come.
Sterling Silver 925
Our recycled sterling silver 925 consists of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals for strength and resilience. Over time, silver may oxidize and darken; a natural process easily reversed by polishing with a silver cloth to restore its shine.
Gold plating
Our pieces are available in 18kt gold-plated sterling silver, featuring a fine 1,5 micron layer of gold for a radiant finish. Over time, plating may fade depending on wear and skin pH. Our Trophy care service offers replating and restoration, giving your piece renewed life.
Product Care
All jewelry needs tender love and care.Store your trophies in a closed jewelry box (for example, The Boyscouts box) and remove them before sleeping, showering, gardening, exercising, or visiting the sauna. Regular polishing with a silver cloth helps restore oxidized silver (which naturally darkens over time) to its original shine.
Repair
If your jewelry breaks after six months, you can use our Trophy Care service. Please email shop@theboyscouts.com with photos of the item so we can assess the repair and advise you on the next steps.
Replating
Our gold-plated pieces are made from sterling silver coated with a 1.5-micron layer of 18kt gold, giving them their signature golden finish. Over time, this layer may fade; a natural process influenced by wear and skin pH. Through our Trophy Care service, we can polish and replate your piece, making it shine like new again.

We recommend shipping your jewelry in secure packaging with track & trace.Once received, we’ll start the replating process. Please note that replating may take up to 3–4 weeks.
Resizing
We can often resize solid gold (vintage) rings, depending on the design and stone setting. Contact us at shop@theboyscouts.com to discuss your request. Select the ‘solid gold’ option in our Trophy Care section and include a note with your desired size when placing your order.
