Returns

We like to see you happy with your purchase! In case an item didn't match your expectations, you can return or exchange it. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. For a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in a perfect condition: unused (other than for trying them on), undamaged, without scratches and in its original The Boyscouts package. The Boyscouts is not responsible for defects to the item(s) prior to receiving the package. Download the form and fill out your specific request. We'd love to help you pick out a trophy that fits your expectations.

Please note that the shipping costs of the return are covered by you, not by The Boyscouts. As we aim to pollute the planet as little as possible, we don't encourage shipping items back and forth. This also goes for exchanges.
