What happens when my item breaks?
If your trophy has a defect within six months after you purchased it, you can send it back to us after reporting it through our customer service and we'll repair it free of charge. If it broke after six months, as items occasionally do, you can make use of our trophy care service. For a friendly price we'll repair your item and send it back to you, good as new. Our trophy care service starts at 20 euros (this does not include shipping).
