The Boyscouts X Nike Woman 10km Amsterdam '15

For the second year in a row we were asked to design the ‘medal’ for the Nike Women’s 10k. This year’s trophy is a bracelet. We think it is important for the medal to symbolize the place where you ran the Nike Women’s 10k. Therefore the design of the bracelet is deduced from Amsterdam’s iconic canals. The water defines the shape of the city and was the main inspiration for the shape of the bracelet. Every finisher of the race will receive their medal as a lasting reminder of their personal achievement.

The Boyscouts X De Intuïtiefabriek

The design of Match Box is based on “boy scouts” elements which brought De Intuïtiefabriek to the idea to use the simple principle of a match box and translate it into a jewelry case that both stores and shows ones pieces of jewelry. The composition of primary forms, a circle, an oval and a rectangle, compliments the geometrical language of The Boyscouts.

The Boyscouts X G-Star X Glamcult - Raw and Rising
13.06 TB x RAW. A collaboration between Glamcult, G-star Raw, The Boyscouts and nine other artists and designers. G-star decided to shake things up a bit and replaced their own Amsterdam Fashion Week runway show with an atelier of arts and crafts. Ten young Dutch creatives developed a project supported by the G-star atelier.

‘TO HUNT AND TO HOLD’, is the 2013/2014 collection of The Boyscouts. This collection is inspired by hunting: the chase, the catch and the pride. The products serve as a tool of war or a hunter’s trophy. The collection’s eyecatchers is ‘Blanket’, a huge shawl created in collaboration with Anouk Griffioen, a visual artist from Rotterdam. Her imagination and sympathy for wildlife compliments The Boyscouts’ ethics.

The Boyscouts X Eastpak x Groos

The Boyscouts selected the black padded pak'r model from Eastpak and combined the identity of the brand with the aesthetics of The Boyscouts. The backpack together with the knapsack remains the focal point of the design. The combination of forms and materials are the basis for the design; armed with this bag you are ready for adventure!

The backpack has a leather base, a wool felt top, a rope closure with silver ends and a clever laptop compartment.

The Eastpak x The Boyscouts backpack is designed commissioned by GROOS and Eastpak.

The Boyscouts X Nike - We Own The Night '14

The Boyscouts proudly accepted Nike's request to design the finisher's trophy for all participants of We Own The Night. On june 7th, over 5000 female runners occupy the streets of Amsterdam during a 10 KM race. For every runner, a worthy reward is waiting at the finish line: a custom made necklace by The Boyscouts.

The design of the necklace refers to the Nike+ Running app. Devoted runners will notice the reference of the various charms: The 10 KM race, the running levels, and the racewinner. The three symbols each have a different color: gold, silver and rose. Wether you finish first or last, the triumph is real!
